History
1982: William Chen establishes the exclusive distributor of Rug Doctor products in China, Hong Kong & Macau
1994: Manufacturing operations are established in Dongguan (China) for Rug Doctor
1996: The Company changed his name to Viper Industrial products and began tooling also vacuums, floor machines and other cleaning equipment. VIPER established the sales office in Shanghai
1998: Started production of its own triple planetary gear boxes
2001: Established in the United States
2001: Manufacturing of injection molding operations and production of 1.0 hp and 1.5 hp AC motors
2001: Moved to a new locations with 12.000 m2
2002: Began rotational molding operations
2004: First production line was set up for automatic scrubbers
2006: Began production of DC and vacuum motors
2007: Nilfisk Group acquired the Viper company.
2009: Launched European CE-approved models into the following markets: Italy, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, UK, Spain and Portugal.
2018: New Zealand launch – Vacuum Brands Limited Nationwide dealer.
