The KAv 45H is our largest ATEX class compressed air vacuum cleaner with a 45L canister, mounted on a detachable stainless steel caddy with conductive wheels and castors, all models have a locking/braked castor.

This range of industrial vacuum cleaners is suitable for picking up health endangering dust and debris in dust zone 21 & gas zone 1. All models are supplied on a stainless steel caddy with braked castors and conductive wheels where applicable and all models are fully earth bonded and have an anti-static (conductive) vacuum and air supply hose. Every vacuum cleaner is individually tested and provided with its own test certificate for earth path continuity. All units are supplied with a complete conductive accessory kit.

The Kerstar range of KEVA vacuum cleaners has been purposely designed, built, tested and approved as suitable to pick up potentially explosive and conductive dust and debris in a Dust zone 22. The Type H models are also suitable for picking up dust and debris that is hazardous to health in a Dust zone 22. All models are built using an electronically commutated brushless motor featuring soft start and thermal protection. Each model in the range is equipped with three stages of filtration on the negative pressure (suction) side of the motor. Every model is supplied ready for use with a fitted plug, comprehensive instruction book and a full conductive toolkit.
